The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, proven leadership experience, and a commitment to quality and client satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams

  • Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil and surveying projects

  • Ensure quality control, compliance, and technical excellence

  • Mentor staff and foster professional growth within the department

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required

  • 10+ years of progressive engineering and leadership experience

  • Strong knowledge of civil design, land development, and surveying practices

Engineering Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Intern to join our civil and surveying team. This internship offers hands-on experience in real-world projects, including land development, infrastructure design, and field surveying.


As an intern, you’ll work closely with our experienced engineers and surveyors, gaining valuable insight into project workflows, technical standards, and industry best practices. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to build a strong foundation in civil engineering.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with drafting, design, and analysis under the supervision of licensed engineers

  • Support survey crews with fieldwork and data collection

  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and help with project documentation

  • Learn and apply engineering and surveying software tools

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Civil Engineering or related field

  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools is a plus

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Auto CAD Drafter

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Drafter to support our engineering and surveying teams in preparing accurate technical drawings and plans. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil drafting and a strong understanding of design standards and construction documentation.


In this role, you'll play a key part in developing site plans, grading plans, utility layouts, and survey drawings for a variety of land development and infrastructure projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D based on engineering and survey data

  • Revise existing plans and drawings as directed by engineers or project managers

  • Ensure all drawings meet company standards and applicable codes

  • Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and other team members to produce high-quality deliverables

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Civil 3D preferred

  • 2+ years of drafting experience in civil engineering or land surveying

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to interpret engineering sketches, survey data, and technical specifications
